The Compass Growth Partners Process

Step 1: Business Process Review

First, we complete a Business Process Review. This is an onsite visit where we review and define your service offerings, current client retention processes, supporting technology, marketing efforts, marketing budget, target customer profiles, and your growth goals. The outcome of the assessment is a Growth Roadmap.

Step 2: Strategic & Actionable Growth Plans

Second, we to translate your Growth Roadmap into a Strategic & Actionable Growth Plan. Our detailed growth plans are built using a proven framework designed to laser focus your offerings, align your technology, streamline your processes, and determine the optimal marketing strategy.

Step 3: Growth Plan Implementation

Third, we roll up our sleeves and guide the implementation of the plan. In this step, we manage the deployment of any required technologies or systems including use testing. Additionally, we create training manuals for new processes and oversee a training plan.

Step 4: Monitor, Measure, Optimize

Finally, once your Growth Plan is in place, we continue to work with you to determine what is accelerating your growth and what is slowing you down. In some instances, the marketing execution needs some refinement, in other instances, the initial client screening protocols need to be enhanced. We review the data associated with each component of the entire client retention processes and then redefine your Actionable Growth Plan to reduce any growth barriers to fully accelerate your growth.
